Dr. Richard Douglas Buchanan was born and raised in Barnesville, GA. He is a graduate of Palmer University in Iowa. He currently lives in Stockbridge, GA with his wife Pam. They have two adult children, Ryan who is 22 and Ashley who is 20.
Dr. Buchanan has always been involved in various community activities and is a member of Community Bible Church. He is a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association and is also on the advisory committee for the GCA.
Dr. Buchanan is skilled in the Diversified Technique, the Cox Technique, the SOT Technique, the Activator Technique, as well as the Gonstead Technique. He is also certified in the Graston technique and Vax-D. Dr. Buchanan customizes his adjustments according the patient’s needs and comfort levels.
